All Sunshine Volleyball Shop Orders are fulfilled by a 3rd Party Distributor using the shipment method selected at checkout. All items are final sale. Once an item is ordered it cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, customized or modified.   We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.
